[Boredom]

So I was arguing with a friend about religion and the argument that the Quran predicts the future was brought up. I myself am not religious and didn't quite know how to answer to this because in hadith (and the Quran) for example, we're told to dip a fly in soup or tea if it falls in and continue drinking and recently, it's been found that a fly's wings do have healing properties. So I didn't know how to respond to a question like that. I just wanted to know truthfully and every website I've tried is biased towards the Muslim side, which was frustrating.

Yeah, the Qur'an has prophecies in it. For instance, in S. 30.3, it is predicted that the recently defeated Roman Empire will secure a victory. And some feel, for instance that 41.20 (their skins will be a witness against them) is a prophecy of fingerprinting criminals. Or that 17.104 is a prediction that someday the Jews will once again possess the land of Israel.
