Are some humans are "more evil" than others?

Does the Bible teach that some humans are "more evil" than others?

I am aware that the Bible teaches that every man is a sinner, but when you look at someone like Hitler, who committed mass genocide against millions of Jews, surely his sin is "worse" than someone shoplifting or something.

Yes, the Bible teaches us that some humans are move evil than others.

John 19.11: "Jesus answered, 'You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.' "

Matthew 10.15: "Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town."

James 3.1: "Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly."

What the Bible doesn't give us is a list of the rankings. While morality, discernment, and common sense tell us that murder is worse than stealing a pack of gum, the Bible doesn't rank sins for us in order of evil.
